Patented design allows for easy installation as the installation plate that is first screwed over the existing soffit hole.  Installation plate can be easily adjusted after installation.  Installation plate can also be used when your existing soffit vents are incorporated into your stucco.  Simply put the installation plate right over the existing soffit vent.  The cover with metal screen just snaps on securely to the installation plate.  Once the cover plate is attached, the installation plate is no longer visible.  Cover can be removed for cleaning or painting.  Durable brown aluminum metal screen has a satin brown enamel finish.  Eliminates animal intrusion as well as insects.  Built to last and adds beauty to your home.  Overall measurement of vent is 24"L x 7.5"W.  Height is .75".  Weight:  1.20 lbs.  Inside metal vent is 4 1/2 inches wide by 21 1/4 inches Long.  There is 16.32 inches of continuous air flow per vent.  Durable ASA Resin with UV protection, brown plastic installation plate and cover stands up to all weather conditions and could be painted, if needed.  (This is a replacement for a 7 inch x 24 inch vent.  This will not work on a 6 inch x 24 inch vent.  You would need a modified installation plate which is available from Product Design & Development Holdings, LLC.  Lightweight.  Proudly made in the USA.  Patent No.:  US10,633,865B1.
